Certificate in Trauma-Informed Meditation Teacher Training
Become a Certified Trauma-Informed Meditation Teacher
Step into your role as a confident, compassionate Meditation Teacher — grounded in nervous system safety. In a world that feels faster, louder, and more overwhelming than ever, meditation is the essence of living a happy and healthy life. And yet, for many people living with chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or past experiences, traditional approaches to meditation can feel inaccessible, uncomfortable, or even activating. Being told to “sit still,” “clear the mind,” or “just breathe” doesn’t always create the sense of ease it promises. There is another way. A more gentle and inclusive way.
A way that honours the body, the nervous system, and each individual’s lived experience. This is where trauma-informed meditation becomes essential. Our 9-week, in-depth Trauma-Informed Meditation Teacher Training has been designed to build your confidence, deepen your knowledge, and support you in guiding meditation with safety, presence, and deep care. You will learn how to hold space in a way that meets people exactly where they are—without pressure, without force, and without expectation. This training will not only give you the skills to teach meditation—it will support you in becoming a grounded, intuitive, and confident Meditation Teacher who leads with compassion and integrity. Industry-recognised and approved by leading associations, this course offers you both the depth of understanding and the credibility to share this work with the world.
This course goes far beyond meditation scripts or techniques.
In this training, you will learn how to:
- Teach meditation through a nervous-system-informed lens
- Create environments where people feel seen, safe, and supported
- Guide practices using choice, consent, and trauma-aware language
- Understand the stress response and the relaxation response
- Support regulation rather than bypassing or pushing
- Hold space with clarity, confidence, and authenticity
- Teach meditation that meets people exactly where they are — not where they “should” be.
Why become a trauma-informed meditation teacher?
As a trauma-informed meditation teacher, you will:
- Support others to regulate their nervous systems gently
- Help reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
- Offer practices that feel grounding and empowering
- Teach with professional integrity, sensitivity, and confidence
- Deepen your own self-connection, regulation, and embodiment
- Stand out as a teacher who truly understands how and why meditation heals.
Whether you feel called to teach professionally, deepen your personal practice, or embark on a journey of self-development, this course offers a powerful foundation. It will transform not only how you experience meditation, but also how you gently guide others within it.
“This training changed the way I hold space forever. I now teach meditation with confidence, softness, and deep respect for the nervous system. My students feel it — and so do I"

Where to start is the tough part, followed by words that could even grasp the feelings and emotions towards this course, this space and towards the beautiful teacher Julie-Anne.
The Trauma Informed Meditation Teacher Training has been my second experience being taught by Julie-Anne. Id have to say it is the first learning experience where I actually felt held, safe and where my uniqueness was celebrated and not dismissed. Julie-Anne creates such a safe space to express one’s self, to learn in a space that isn’t rushed, and where you are met with compassion and understanding.
This course has been an incredible mix of information that I feel covers all different learning styles, tactile, visual, auditory and kinaesthetic, the practical was always well structured but at the same time open for individuality to shine through and of course always a little bit of gratitude and dance snuck into the sessions. The Soul-Full Mind college is a wonderful place and truly a sanctuary for the nervous system, it makes me feel like, this is what the world has the potential to be like, safe, loving, and everyone being honoured just as the divine individuals they are.
Because the way you teach Julie-Anne, you are creating a ripple, a ripple effect of love pouring out into the world. I feel this after being in your space, learning from you and also being seen by you with all your support. This course was a piece of her heart, and I could feel that, every written piece of information with intention, every practical held in class with great care. I feel as though there is something special that is a little harder to find in these days and that is heart felt service, one that is just embodying devotion to the wellbeing of others.
Whether it be, to guide others and hold space, or for your own personal development, I highly recommend the meditation teaching course, or any course, any class or any therapy session held by Julie-Anne …. They are simply divine.
Never before have I believed so much in myself, with the tools gifted. Never before have I felt so deeply seen and heard, Expansive, and damn straight inspired. And there are times where doubt may have came in, but it was always washed away by the support of Julie-Anne. But don’t just listen to me, go experience her blessings for yourself.
Thank-you, from my heart, Julie-Anne, what a blessing you and your teachings are to the world.
