Sunday Morning Meds: Join Julie-Anne for a soulful self-care session designed to gently ease you into the month ahead.

Sacred Chants

Join us for an evening of heart-centred connection — with yourself, with others, and with the power of sound. Together, we’ll explore the transformative practice of chanting sacred mantras, using our voices as instruments of meditation and healing. 

Through sound and vibration, we open the doorway to stillness, presence, and unity. No singing experience is needed — just a willingness to connect, breathe, and let your voice be carried by the rhythm of the heart. 

We’ll close the evening by sharing mulled tea, conversations, and genuine connections — a gentle way to integrate the practice and nurture the soul.

Paint and Play - A Joyful Finger Painting Experience.

Paint Like No One’s Watching Messy, Liberating Creative Play for the Soul An invitation to let go of rules, expectations, and the inner critic — and simply play. 

This women’s workshop is a sensory, heart-led experience where you are guided to explore colour through your hands, not your head. This workshop was born from a simple truth: Women heal when they are allowed to play. Paint and Play is an invitation to step out of your thinking mind and back into your body through colour, touch, and joyful expression. Guided by Julie-Anne, this experience gently encourages you to let go of perfection, productivity, and expectation — and reconnect with your natural creativity and curiosity. 

Using finger painting as a sensory and embodied practice, this workshop creates a nurturing space where the nervous system can soften, laughter can arise, and self-expression can unfold without pressure or judgment. No art skills are needed. There are no rules to follow. Just the freedom to explore, feel, and be. 

This is not about producing art to be seen —it’s about giving yourself permission to be felt.

The Healing Sanctuary

The Healing Sanctuary is a sacred gathering — a portal into stillness, heart connection, intuition, and inner guidance. 
Each session weaves together a variety of heart-led modalities, which may include meditation, chanting, mantra, intuitive card readings, journalling, creative arts activities, and themed reflections. These practices are carefully held to create a sacred container where you can pause, reflect, and receive.
This is a sanctuary for the soul — a place to quiet the mind, soften the body, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. It is a portal where you can step away from the busyness of daily life and into a space that invites self-care, inner clarity, and deep nourishment.

Sacred Sip and Sound

Meditation, Sound Bath and Cacao
A gentle space to pause, receive, and come home to yourself.
Join Molly for an evening of nourishment for your mind, body, and soul. 
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, then be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath with the soothing tones of 432Hz crystal bowls.
Molly's sound baths offer a calming and restorative experience for your nervous system, inviting you to slow down, soften, and settle into stillness. Our intention is to guide you into a state of peaceful stillness, allowing you to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll close the evening with a cup of heart-opening ceremonial cacao. With its chocolatey goodness, cacao not only delights the senses but also nourishes the soul, encouraging joy, connection, and emotional healing.

Yin Pjama Party

Slip into your cosiest pyjamas and join us for a soul-soothing evening of Yin Yoga, deep rest, and heartfelt connection.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Yin Yoga class, allowing the body to gently release and unwind. From here, we’ll drop into stillness with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation—a guided journey into the space between sleep and wakefulness.

Afterwards, we’ll gather in circle wrapped in blankets, sip warm homemade chai, and simply connect—no rush, no pressure, just real moments of calm, presence, and community.

Let’s slow down, sip slowly, and rest together.

Brush & Intuition: Your Oracle Card Workshop

Unleash your creativity and connect with your inner wisdom in this magical, heart-led workshop. You’ll be guided to paint your own oracle card — a personal tool for insight, inspiration, and self-reflection.

No artistic experience is needed — just bring your curiosity, intuition, and a willingness to explore your inner world. Through gentle prompts, meditation, and expressive painting, you’ll create a card that speaks your truth and holds personal guidance for your journey.
By the end, you’ll leave with a beautifully unique oracle card, a deeper connection to your intuition, and a sense of clarity and inspiration to carry into your daily life.

Vision Board Workshop - Manifest Your Dreams

Join Julie-Anne for a beautiful afternoon of creativity and intention-setting at our Vision Board Workshop! 

Julie-Anne will guide you through a heartfelt meditation to connect with your deepest desires before you begin crafting your vision board. Using images, words, and creativity, you’ll design a personalised vision board that reflects your goals, dreams, and aspirations.

Closing Ceremony of 2025 - A Sacred Morning with Julie-Anne

Join Julie-Anne as we come together to honour the year that was and welcome the magic of what’s to come.

We’ll begin by creating a beautiful Earth Mandala, grounding ourselves in gratitude and opening sacred space. 

Together, we’ll thank 2025 for its blessings, gently release what no longer serves us, and celebrate how we’ve shown up, grown, and blossomed through the year.
Then, guided by heart and intention, we’ll call in our visions for 2026 — setting goals and desires for the first three months ahead, aligned with joy, abundance, and purpose.

Last time this ceremony was offered, it sold out within two hours — and for good reason. It’s one of the most soul-nourishing ways to close the year, refresh your energy, and step into the new year feeling alive, clear, and thriving.

Each month, we explore a different theme through: Creative expression & journaling, Heart-led meditations, Gentle movement, Meaningful connection and sharing.

Anchored - A Men's Immersion in Connection, Creativity, Presence & Kriya

Join Julie-Anne and Alex for a day retreat dedicated to men — a space to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself. The morning will be led by Alex, guiding you through a carefully curated sequence of kriyas, mantras, and breath awareness practices. These are practical tools you’ll not only experience on the day, but can also take home and integrate into daily life. 

We will pause mid-morning to enjoy homemade chai, followed by a nourishing, vegetarian, scrumptious lunch. The afternoon will be led by Julie-Anne, where we will explore stress management skills, creativity, and reflective journalling — simple, accessible practices designed to support your nervous system and overall wellbeing beyond the retreat space.

Our Little People's Class

Little Breaths is a gentle and engaging program designed to help children explore mindfulness, breath awareness, and relaxation in a fun and supportive way. Through simple breathing exercises, storytelling, creativity and guided relaxation, kids learn to calm their minds, regulate emotions, and find their inner peace. Perfect for little ones needing a moment of stillness in their busy world.
