A Little Pause for Nourishment & Renewal
From 31st August to 21st September, we’ll be taking a much-needed break.
The Wellness Hub will be closed.
Julie-Anne will use this time to rest, recharge, attend to a few gentle repairs, and allow space for creativity and simply being.
We’ll return in late September with open hearts, renewed energy, and lots of love to share.

Meditation

Meditation Class
Soul-Full Stillness is a pause in the busyness of life, a time to rest, restore and reconnect with the rhythm of your body's essence, your breath. Blending meditation and gentle practices, this class guides you into a state of profound deep state of relaxation. You will allow your body to return to the relaxation response, which is the rest and repair state.

Yoga

Yin Yoga & Nidra Class
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites stillness, surrender, and deep introspection by holding postures for extended periods. This class supports flexibility and mobility while targeting the fascia and energetic pathways within the body. With mindful breathing and gentle presence, Yin Yoga fosters a strong connection to body and breath. We complete the class with a nourishing 10-minute Yoga Nidra to integrate the practice and leave you feeling balanced and calm.

Slow Mindful Yoga
Slow Mindful Yoga is a gentle and grounding practice designed to bring you home to your body, breath, and inner stillness. This class invites you to slow down, move with intention, and cultivate deep awareness through each posture and transition. With a focus on presence and ease, you’ll explore gentle movements, conscious breathwork, and pauses for reflection—creating space to listen inward and honour your body's natural rhythm. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a soothing, meditative approach to yoga, this class nurtures the nervous system, releases tension, and supports emotional balance. Whether you're seeking calm, clarity, or a deeper connection to yourself, Slow Mindful Yoga offers a sacred pause in the busyness of life—a moment to simply be.

Restorative Yoga Class
Sink into stillness and surrender to serenity in this deeply nourishing class designed to support the nervous system and invite profound rest. We’ll begin with gentle restorative poses using props for full support, allowing the body to soften and release tension. The practice will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), a meditative journey that promotes deep relaxation, inner healing, and emotional balance.
