About our Wellness Hub
It all started with my vision of creating a wellness hub 10 years ago when I was recovering from surgery. I dreamt of a space where people could come and connect deeply with their bodies, minds, and hearts—a sanctuary of healing, movement, and community.
The Hub
Our wellness hub is a heart-centred sanctuary, nestled in nature, where all are welcome to slow down, breathe, and simply be. From the moment you step inside, you are embraced by warmth, a sense of belonging, and a feeling of coming home. Quirky and inviting, every corner has been lovingly created with heart and soul, allowing the energy of peace, creativity, and connection to flow effortlessly. Designed with deep intention, this space is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, find stillness, and nourish your inner world.

Our Wellness hub is home to a diverse team of passionate teachers and practitioners who are dedicated to supporting each individual on their wellness journey.
We offer a unique and soul-nourishing blend of movement, meditation, and healing arts, creating a space where each person feels truly seen and supported. Whether you seek a deeper connection to yourself, a sense of inner peace, or a community that uplifts and inspires, we are here to walk alongside you. Our offerings are designed to nurture the heart, calm the mind, and bring harmony to the body and spirit.
Yoga for all Bodies
We believe yoga is for everyone. Our offerings include Yin, Gentle, Slow Flow, Chair Yoga, Restorative, Soul-Full Stillness and Kids Yoga.
Our instructors offer gentle guidance and modifications, ensuring that every student feels safe and supported in their practice.
As part of our commitment to the community, we host a weekly Community Yoga class, a free session held by one of our dedicated teachers. This is our gift to the community—a space to experience the healing power of yoga together.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice that invites stillness, surrender, and introspection by holding shapes for extended periods. This class encourages deep relaxation, improving flexibility while targeting the fascia and energetic pathways of the body. Through mindful breathing and gentle release, Yin Yoga cultivates a profound connection to the heart and inner wisdom.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a soothing and accessible practice designed to nourish the body and calm the mind. With slow, intentional movements, supported shapes, and mindful breathwork, this class enhances mobility, balance, and relaxation. Perfect for all levels, Gentle Yoga offers a space to unwind, reset, and cultivate self-compassion.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga blends fluid movement with mindful breath, creating a meditative and grounding experience. With a steady, unhurried pace, this class builds strength, flexibility, and inner awareness while maintaining a sense of ease. It’s an invitation to move with grace, presence, and a deep connection to the body’s natural rhythm.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a supportive and accessible practice that brings the benefits of yoga to everyone, regardless of mobility or flexibility. Using a chair for stability, this class incorporates gentle shapes, breathwork, and mindful movement to enhance strength, posture, and relaxation. Ideal for all ages and abilities, Chair Yoga fosters well-being, ease, and connection.
Sound Bath
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive experience that bathes you in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments. The soothing frequencies help to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore energetic balance. As you surrender to the sounds, a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness unfolds, allowing profound healing and renewal.
Soul-Full Stillness
Soul-Full Stillness is a sacred pause in the busyness of life, a time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with your heart’s essence. Blending meditation, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices, this class guides you into a state of profound peace and self-awareness. In the quiet, you’ll discover the beauty of simply being, allowing your soul to be nourished and held in stillness.

Our Day Retreats are a sanctuary for those seeking rest, renewal, and reconnection. These soul-nourishing experiences invite you to step away from the busyness of life and into a space of deep stillness, self-care, and heart connection.
