Into The Heart - Bali Women's Retreat  Sept' 2026

Step away from the hustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a transformative retreat led by Julie-Anne — a journey designed to reconnect you with the wisdom and rhythm of your heart. Through a soulful blend of Yin Yoga, meditation, heart-led workshops, and enriching cultural experiences, you’ll be guided to nurture your body, calm your mind, and awaken your spirit.

Playful Sounds 

Sound, Vibration & Voice: An Evening Immersion 

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of sound, connection, and gentle exploration. This beautiful workshop is an invitation to slow down, soften, and immerse yourself in the healing power of sound and vibration. Throughout the evening, you will be guided to explore sound bowls, experience them hands-on, and feel their soothing frequencies within the body. We will also work with tuning forks, allowing you to experience their subtle yet powerful effects on your energy and nervous system. 

You’ll be gently guided to use your own voice through simple chants—awakening your inner sound and discovering the body as its own instrument of healing. To complete the evening, you will be invited to fully rest and receive a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the body, mind, and nervous system to unwind and restore. We will also warm our bodies with delicious chai and share in a space of connection and calm. 

The Heart of Stillness - Half Day Retreat

A Soulful Afternoon of Restorative Yoga, Creativity, Stillness & Connection

Retreat Overview Step away from the busyness and into the heart of stillness. This afternoon retreat is a gentle yet powerful invitation to unwind, reset, and reconnect with the calm already within you. With restorative yoga, meditation, soulful sharing, and creative reflection, you'll be held in a nurturing space designed to soothe your whole being.

The  Empowered Women's Club - A Monthly Gathering for women in business 

The Empowered Women’s Club is a monthly gathering for women in business who crave connection, support, and a sense of community. Founded by Julie-Anne, this space recognises that running a small business can often feel isolating — wearing many hats, making constant decisions, and navigating it all on your own. Sometimes, what’s needed most is simply being in the company of other women who truly understand. 

This is a space to come together for meaningful conversations, genuine connection, inspiration, and support — while building a community that uplifts, empowers, and walks alongside women in business.

Supper, assortment of teas, coconut and bubble water provided.

Held - Nervous System Support Workshop 

Join Julie-Anne for Held – Nervous System Support, a gentle and heart-led workshop created to help you better understand and support your nervous system in a world that often feels overwhelming and overstimulating. Many people are living in survival mode without even realising it — carrying stress, tension, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm within the body. This workshop offers a safe and nurturing space to slow down, reconnect, and learn what the nervous system truly needs to feel supported, safe, and cared for. 

Through nervous system education, gentle practices, breath awareness, and reflection, you will gain practical tools and a deeper understanding of how stress impacts the body and how to support yourself with greater compassion and awareness. You will leave with powerful tools to support your nervous system to adapt in everyday life.

All Participants receive a journal and a take-home handbook.
You are not broken. Your nervous system may simply be asking to be held, supported, and understood.

Cup of tea with your heart - Journalling Workshop 

Join Julie-Anne for a gentle and heart-led journalling workshop — a cup of tea with your heart. This nurturing workshop invites you to slow down, soften the noise of the outside world, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you. 

Through heart-led journalling, meditation, creative writing, and reflective journal prompts, you will be guided to explore your inner world with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. Together, we will create a safe and calming space to listen deeply to the heart, honour your thoughts and feelings, and allow your words to flow freely without judgement or expectation. 

Whether you are new to journalling or already have an established practice, this workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. Teas and a journal are included.

All Things Fascia 

ALL THINGS FASCIA – The Art & Science Behind Yin Yoga

A two-hour Immersive Workshop
Join Julie-Anne for a transformative exploration into the fascinating world of fascia—the hidden web that shapes, supports, and connects everything within you. This workshop blends science with embodied practice to give you a deeper understanding of your body from the inside out.
What you’ll learn & experience:
- What fascia is, what it looks like, and how it functions
- The history of fascia in medicine—and why it was overlooked for so long
- The difference between healthy and unhealthy fascia, and how it affects every aspect of your well-being
- Why pain is a helpful—but not always accurate—messenger of dysfunction
- A playful hands-on session using cork balls to explore fascial release and mobility
- A nourishing Yin Yoga practice designed to awaken, hydrate, and connect with your fascial system
- Herbal teas and connections
Bonus: You’ll leave with powerful insights and practical tools to support your body in movement, rest, and everyday life.

The Heart Remembers

Step into a heart-led journey of self-expression and connection with The Heart Remembers — a 4-week Creative Arts Therapies series with Julie-Anne. 

This program is an invitation to pause, breathe, and express. Through meditation, gentle guidance, and creative exploration, journalling, and creative writing, you’ll be led into a space where colour, words and line flow freely from the heart. Each week unfolds a new chapter — blending creativity and reflection — allowing your inner landscape to speak, soften, and shine.

No art experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to explore. All materials provided. 

Ease - Anxiety Support Workshop 

Join Julie-Anne for Ease – Anxiety Support Workshop, a gentle and supportive space designed to help you better understand anxiety and learn ways to support your mind and body with compassion and care. Anxiety can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, constantly on edge, or stuck in patterns of worry and overthinking. 

This heart-led workshop offers a calming environment where participants can slow down, feel supported, and begin to understand what anxiety is communicating through the body and nervous system. You will learn how your nervous system operates, education on how the breath assists in grounding practices, breath awareness techniques, reflection, and gentle supportive techniques that you can add to your everyday life. 

This workshop is not about “getting rid” of anxiety or forcing yourself to feel calm. It is about learning to support yourself gently, build awareness, and create moments of ease within the body and mind.

All Participants receive a journal and a take-home handbook.

Sacred Pause - Day Retreat 

Join Julie-Anne for a deeply nourishing retreat designed to slow you down, reconnect you with your heart, and guide you gently back to centre. Yin Pjama Party

Slip into your cosiest pyjamas and join us for a soul-soothing evening of Yin Yoga, deep rest, and heartfelt connection.

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Yin Yoga class, allowing the body to gently release and unwind. From here, we’ll drop into stillness with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation—a guided journey into the space between sleep and wakefulness.

Afterwards, we’ll gather in circle wrapped in blankets, sip warm homemade chai, and simply connect—no rush, no pressure, just real moments of calm, presence, and community.

Let’s slow down, sip slowly, and rest together.

Harmonic Hearts- Yin and Handpan Immersion 

Immerse yourself in an evening of deep rest, gentle connection, and soulful nourishment. Be held in the soothing, grounding vibrations of the handpan, lovingly played by the talented Alice, as Julie-Anne guides you through a 45-minute Yin Yoga journey. Together, you’ll move through slow, supported shapes designed to release tension, soften the body, and gently open the heart.

As the sounds of the handpan wash over you, allow your breath to deepen, your body to unwind, and your mind to settle. You will then be gently guided into a heart-led meditation, creating space for clarity, calmness, and inner connection. Following your practice, you’ll be invited to transition softly into journalling — a moment to reflect and write about your experience, while sipping warm, nourishing herbal teas. Let yourself soften, slow down, and be carried into a space of deep relaxation, where sound, breath, and stillness meet. 

Come as you are. Leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply reconnected.

Vision Board Workshop - Manifest Your Dreams

Join Julie-Anne for a beautiful afternoon of creativity and intention-setting at our Vision Board Workshop! 

Julie-Anne will guide you through a heartfelt meditation to connect with your deepest desires before you begin crafting your vision board. Using images, words, and creativity, you’ll design a personalised vision board that reflects your goals, dreams, and aspirations.
Includes a nourishing afternoon tea to enjoy as we gather in a warm, supportive space.

Closing Ceremony of 2025 - A Sacred Morning with Julie-Anne

Join Julie-Anne as we come together to honour the year that was and welcome the magic of what’s to come.

We’ll begin by creating a beautiful Earth Mandala, grounding ourselves in gratitude and opening sacred space. 

Together, we’ll thank 2025 for its blessings, gently release what no longer serves us, and celebrate how we’ve shown up, grown, and blossomed through the year.
Then, guided by heart and intention, we’ll call in our visions for 2026 — setting goals and desires for the first three months ahead, aligned with joy, abundance, and purpose.

Last time this ceremony was offered, it sold out within two hours — and for good reason. It’s one of the most soul-nourishing ways to close the year, refresh your energy, and step into the new year feeling alive, clear, and thriving.
Spaces are limited — this is your invitation to begin 2026 grounded in love, clarity, and radiance.
